Dear TI experts,

I am a research assistance in Electrical Engineering and I want to make circuit with a Bluetooth audio transmitter for my graduation thesis. I want my circuit can transmit audio analog signal to a Bluetooth speaker. My circuit should be able to connect automatically to the Bluetooth speaker. I searched in the internet and saw your Bluetooth module named CC2564 MODA. I would like to buy several of them. Could you please support me to make them work?

Does CC2564 MODA module have BQB certificate?

I did read CC256x documents .I know CC2564 MODA module can be configed by HCI commands through UART communication.
I downloaded HCI Tester Tool and CC256x Bluetooth Hardware Evaluation Tool. I wonder which is the best tool I should use to send HCI commands to Bluetooth module?
More important, if I want CC2564 MODA module connect to another Bluetooth audio device, which HCI command I have to send? Thank you!

Tran,

If you would like to send HCI commands directly to the device, HCI Tester is the tool to use.

As far as connecting to another bluetooth device, is it something you'd prefer to do with HCI commands? The stack download for CC2564 includes sample applications, with APIs that are simpler to implement than just using HCI commands.

Hi,

I want to config CC2564MODAC module as a source in A3DP. I think I will use this HCI command:

HCI_VS_AVPR_Enable (0xFD92)

Is it correct? Then I want the module connect to the audio sink for A3DP application. Could you tell me which HCI command I have to use?

Tran,

Although that is a good start to setting up an A3DP connection, why not use the sample code provided in the Bluetopia Stack? There is an A3DP_SRC_Demo that should provide you with all you need.

I know TI have the sample code provided in the Bluetopia Stack, but I noticed that it use for your CC256x development board with MCUs like STM32 or MSP430. I read in this page : processors.wiki.ti.com/.../CC256x_TI_Bluetooth_Stack_A2DPDemo_App and I wonder if I can config the module CC2564 MODA by my PC with just send commands through Tera Term like that? I just order 10 modules CC2564MODACMOG. Thank you!
