Dear All,

1：If the bluetooth headset supports BT5.0, but the latest version of CC2564 supports BT4.2, can it works with the headset in A2DP mode?

2：Can the CC2564 work in A2DP mode to connect with the headset, and also to communicate with the smartphone through the BL?

Hi,

A BT5.0 headset should be able to communicate with a BT4.2 device

Hello Chen Gavin,

I'm not sure what do you refer by BL?

While CC2564 works in A2DP (which is Classic BT)

it can connect to a smart phone either via Classic BT or via BLE.

Having said that - you need to take into account the network constraints.

If you are sending a very large amount of data all the time - you should have a larger interval on the BLE side - otherwise you might have disconnection problems on the BLE on one end or a low throughput on the A2DP.
