We are prototyping with the BLE CC2541. I need to know what the Logic-1 input voltage with VDD = 2.5V (regulated down from an LIR). I'm reading external I/Os that vary with the unregulated battery voltage and need to know the range that will register as a hi. I'm having a hard time tracking down the DC Characteristics when powered at VDD = 2.5V -> the datasheet only has DC characteristics at 3V. Any know the answer or dealt with this? I have to imagine that the logic levels are well defined over the voltage range of 2 - 3.6V.

John,

As a rule of thumb, use 0.8*VDD to VDD as the range for the high level input voltage and 0.7*VDD to VDD as the range for the high level output voltage.
