Excuse me
In CC2640 datasheet I can't find the GPIO maximum input current.
Anybody know this value?
Thanks.

Hi Christin
So, the GPIO input current is unlimited. As long as the GPIO input voltage does not exceed VDDS ?
Hi YiKai
But, the real condition I test, the maxium input current is about 8.3mA.
And when the input current getting bigger, the GPIO's voltage getting bigger too.(GPIO is open drain & setting to LOW)
It is not match above description, why?
Hi Weng,
This is question of semantics. What Christin is saying is that there is no limit on the current into the IO in the specification, but there is a limit on the voltage. Of course, as Yikay wrote and you have figured out, one is dependent on the other. Thus, there is an indirect specification of the maximum current.
Sink/source capability on the CC26xx is fairly symmetrical, meaning that the maximum input current is similar to the maximum output current. This corresponds well with you measurement which shows a maximum input current of 8 mA.
Cheers,
Fredrik
