This is big enough for its own thread: It appears that the latest Debug DevPack XDS110 firmware (version 2.3.0.1) fixes the CC2650STK SPI (external flash / Watch DevPack) conflict with the JTAG interface. I'm not sure if this was reported anywhere, but can anyone at TI confirm this, as it is a big improvement :)

Correct. The DevPack (XDS110) will no longer drive TDO (when using 2-pin JTAG), which was causing the signaling conflict.

After I upgrade my XDS110 to version 2.3.0.1 and run Flash Programmer 2 version 1.7.2, it always ask me to update FW on XDS110. How can we use Flash Programmer 2 version 1.7.2 with XDS1102 version 2.3.0.1 to download FW?

We have just released SmartRF Flash Programmer 2 v1.7.3, which uses the new debug drivers and firmware for the XDS110.
