BLE Device Monitor setup with BLE USB Dongle Problem?

Hi,

   I installed the virtual com port drivers at Device Manager. But, I get this error below. 

I also tried to use a CC2650 Launchpad as host. I programmed the "cc2650lp_host_test_rel.hex" using SmartRF Flash Programmer. But, still same problem with BLE Device Monitor. I just received my BLE USB Dongle yesterday. I hope it is not broken.

Do you download HostTest application into your CC2540 USB dongle?

The CC2540 USB Dongle cannot be seen at Smart RF Flash Programmer 2. For the meanwhile, I am using another CC2650 Launchpad as Host and it works with BLE Device Monitor.

I don't have a CC Debugger yet. For the meanwhile, I will use a CC2650 Launchpad to work with BLE Device Monitor. Would be nice if TI shipped me a TI BLE USB Dongle that I can just connect to Windows 10 PC and use already with BLE Device Monitor. There is no mention about this in CC2650 wikis.

The SmartRF Packet Sniffer, works with CC2540 USB dongle. At least I can use the dongle for Packet Sniffing.
