CC2640R2F: Cache AS RAM error in CC2640R2F simpleperipheral off_oad project

It seems there is something wrong with your debugger connection. Do you use LAUNCHXL-CC2640R2 or CC2640R2F custom board?

Probably, porting time, just one minute. It can be implemented on simpleperipheral. but ,Simpleperipheral off_OAD can't do it .
I tried AUX RAM, too. This CC2640 was not enough FLASH, so we use to CC2640R2F, and now RAM is not enough.

Do you mean that you add application code to simple_peripheral_oad_offchip example and cause this issue?

CC2640R2F Set Cache as Ram in off_oad project

i follow the developer guilder set Cache as Ram in simpleperipheral project is ok。

but, at simpleperipheral off_oad project,it's fail. CC2640R2 cannot run!!!

I try to replace your cc26xx_app_oad.icf into my simple_peripheral_oad_offchip example, and it works on my LAUNCHXL-CC2640R2.

and Linker predefine CACHE_AS_RAM=1

I use original simple_peripheral_oad_offchip example in simplelink_cc2640r2_sdk_1_30_00_25. Nothing changed except replacing your cc26xx_app_oad.icf into simple_peripheral_oad_offchip example.

@teddy I define the CACHE_AS_RAM in porject option-->c/c++ Compiler-->Preproceessor and it works fine.

at the porjiect ,Option--->Linker-->config-->Configuration file symbol definitions:

CC2650=2
RTOS_ROM=1
