RTOS/CC2650: How to use the Seconds_set() function with BLE projects?

Hi, I had the same problem of adding , var Seconds = xdc.useModule('ti.sysbios.hal.Seconds'); to the .cfg file,
In fact nothing was added to this file given in the example except ,utils.importFile("../../../../../src/common/cc26xx/kernel/cc2640/config/cc2640.cfg");
what is mean by this line above?
and what is the influence of the .cfg file(Please give a brief before giving any link) and in what all cases I should
edit (modify) the .cfg file

in his answer, I just wanted to know the influence of this line in the code and appBLE.cfg file.

It would include "Seconds" module so you can use Seconds_set/Seconds_get APIs in your code.

I understand that, where can I get information regarding what must be added to appBLE.cfg ?
and when?

There is no specific document for cfg file. However, you can try to refer to TI RTOS USER GUIDE at www.ti.com/.../spruhd4m.pdf

Then how would I know what has to be added to it?
I messed up 1 full day withe the 'seconds ' function until i get an answer from the forum?
This could repeat and would be a waste of time if I do not know what has to be added to .cfg file
