CC2640: Increase RAM size on CC2640

You can. However, the steps to enable the cache as ram and the aux_ram in the BLE Stack User's Guide (http://dev.ti.com/tirex/content/simplelink_cc2640r2_sdk_1_50_00_58/docs/blestack/ble_user_guide/html/cc2640/memory_management.html  are not complete for CC2640.

After having carried out the steps in the BLE User's guide:
- Go to Properties -> ARM Linker -> File Search Paths -> Include library file or command file as input
- add ${SRC_EX}\common\cc26xx\ccs\cc26xx_app.cmd and ${ORG_PROJ_DIR}\..\..\ccs\config\ccs_linker_defines.cmd to the bottom of the list
- exclude cc26xx_app.cmd and ccs_linker_defines.cmd from build
