Hi all,

I wanted to start working on simplelink and using BLE and 2650 MCU. But it is an old one purchased long time back. The firmware ver. on sticker at rear side is Ver 1.2 . Please let me know how to upgrade the firmware of XDS110 using FlashProgrammer2.

Also how to install the project0 back into the MCU as it has got destroyed.

It will detect if your XDS110 needs to do FW update when you connect it with your desktop and start Flash Programmer 2. You can build ProjectZero hex files by yourself to recovery it to your CC2650.

Hi Turjasu,

Please see the Simplelink Academy lab BLE Fundamentals on how to program Project Zero: software-dl.ti.com/.../overview.html

You may be prompted by CCS/Flash programmer to update the XDS110, which you should do. Otherwise you can follow the instructions as given.

Thanks Chen,

This part I could not understand : " You can build ProjectZero hex files by yourself to recovery it to your CC2650."

Also please suggest what should be the studyline. should I start with simplelink document or BLE stack or something else? I have never worked on any RTOS or TIOS
