CC2640 maximun connections

Hy,

I wonder if the maximun connection of CC2640 can be extended to 8 as the description said? The developer's guide said that the stack 2.0 still only support up to 3 connctions. I wonder if there is any document I can refer to so that I can extend the number of connections?

Hi Kai,

We have tested 8, but keep in mind that the available RAM will be quite less as RAM is required to maintain the connections.
To enable more connections, change the define MAX_NUM_BLE_CONNS in the bleUserConfig.h header file.

Does this number refer to Central or Peripheral mode, or for both?

Thanks. I shall try it.
BTW, My project is about to conncet 6 sensortags. Do you think it is required to adjust the boundry of APP and flash stack in RAM since each tag has so many services?
