I've looked for resolutions to this problem, but I couldn't work it out.
The CC2564B EVB (CC256xQFN-EN) is connected directly to PC via TTL-USB adapter. AFAIK, this setup should work.
I'm trying to upload a service pack to it using the HW eval tool, and later do some RF testing.
Using Realterm, sending command works (such as 0x01 0x01 0x10 0x00), but the HW eval always returns COM port timed out.
I've tried using different service packs, also after changing Sleep mode to disabled, but nothing worked. No events were recorded on the eval tool.
I've tried inputting the commands (such as 0x01, 0x37, 0xFE, 0x02, 0x07, 0x10) from the service pack manually over Realterm, and events were returned (for the example: 04 0E 04 01 37 FE 00).
Please guide me to make it work.
