CC3200 LaunchPad: UniFlash Connection Issue

I am having issues getting UniFlash to connect and update the Flash on my CC3200 LaunchPad, it is the latest revision (Rev 3.2). UniFlash is also the latest version (Version: 3.2.0.00019)

I am experienced with TI tools and development boards, and the computer has a completely newly installed Windows 7 operating system. 

I am using the CC32xx HTTP Server Example that comes with the CC3200 SDK. And am following the steps as outlined below.

Flash Example Content(html,image,Application binary)on serial flash by following below steps.
1. If CC3200 SDK is installed at default location C:\ti\CC3200SDK
     • Open C:\ti\CC3200SDK\cc3200-sdk\example\httpserver\html\httpserver.ucf session file in Uniflash.
     • Flash the files to the device. Detailed instructions at Uniflash User Guide.

When UniFlash asks me to  INFO: --- please restart the device ---  I press the reset button on the CC3200 LaunchPad board, and instead of connecting it returns the error message  ERROR: ---reading ACK signal failed---

    Hi Glen,

    Can you please verify that you have a jumper mounted on SOP bit 2? (The SOP bits should be set to 100)

    Thanks Alon, that did the trick.

    For everyone else, this is detailed in CC3200 LaunchPad User Guide as shown below.

    Just place a jumper across 2

    I am also facing some problem on loading bin file in Launchpad.
    I am have bin of MQTT_Client.I made following setting on on board and System
    Jumper 15 is connect
    Baud Rate 921600
    COM port 7
    Connection CC3x uart serial interface
    Device Simple link wifi cc3100/cc3200
    Format Device 1MB
    Get version : getting version
    [12:17:19] INFO: > Bootloader version: 2.1.4.0
    [12:17:19] INFO: > Chipset version: 16
    Add file
    Name : /sys/mcuimg.bin
    URL :C:\Users\Dinesh Selvaraj\workspace_v6_1_3\mqtt_client\FreeRTOS\mqtt_client.bin
    Erase,Update,Verify
    Service Pack Programming
    Add the service pack bin file
    Program
    every thing is happen but program was running
    But I am not success the
