httpserver STA Mode unable to find device using WifiStarter

Hi,

I have tried the httpserver using AP mode without problems. Now, I want to try it using STA mode. I am following the guide below.

From the link it says use TI SmartConfig. But, the link will re-direct you to SimpleLink Wi-Fi Starter Download page. Also the GUI shown in the link is Wi-Fi Starter. So, I guess that is wrong.

At step 6 of the link mentions this below, but this never happens. What am I doing wrong? After downloading the httpserver using Uniflash, I remove the SOP2 Jumper. The red led is on at my CC3200 Launchpad.

"Once the smartconfig process is completed, a pop-up windows shows up to indicate that the new device is connected to the network."

I remember I have used WiFi Starter before. I did updated my Iphone4s iOS to version 8 just recently.

Anyone here having trouble running WiFi Starter at iOS 8?

After, I formatted the serial flash and update service pack I was able to connect using SmartConfig and got this output at serial console below.

"Device is in STA Mode, Connect to the AP[jefwifi] and typeIP address [192.168.254.102] in the browser".

But, when I type 192.168.25.4.102\main.html at google chrome, the website does not show up.

The correct IP was 192.168.254.102. With this I was able to view the webpage.
