I have a problem with the setup symbol rate from the transceiver CC1200.
I need to get the speed of 250000. The calculation gives a value of $B9999A (SmartRF studio gives the same value).
I load the resulting value in SYMBOL_RATE2: SYMBOL_RATE1: SYMBOL_RATE_0 and the transfer of 16-byte packet (2-GFSK, noFEC) in control of the duration of transmission of the content of the packet (at pin IOCFG3, mode 7).
Packet duration is 9.48 ms, which is almost 20 times more than expected. Why?
I tried to change the value loaded into SYMBOL_RATE, and got even more strange results:
$B80000 - 7.58 ms (mantissa less, and the speed increases?!)
$B70000 - 6.74 ms
$B10000 - 4.04 ms
I tried to reduce the exponent:
$A10000 - 4.04 ms (the result does not change !)
$910000 - 4.04 ms (also unchanged !!!)
$810000 - 7.13 ms (reduced speed, right)
$710000 - 14.27 ms (also correct).
But why increase the exponent value is greater than 9 no results?
And why the estimated value of the coefficient does not give the desired speed (250000)? What to do ?
