CC1350: force to erase

Hi, one of a customer has below problem during the mass production, they use Programmer2 to burn the CC1350. failure rate is about 30%.

what's the possible reason and any hints to fix it?

    Hi Albin,

    Normally this doesn't happen on a "clean" chip. The only way I can think of is that they try to program the same device several times and that the image they are programming contains information that the debug interface should be locked (Part of the Custom Configuration(CCFG)). In that case the only way out is to do a "Mass Erase".
