I want to know the specs of the Internal temperature sensor RF430FRL1x series.

Would you please tell me if there is a specification that is determined?

    The slope accuracy of the internal temperature sensor is currently +/-10%.  We have some numbers on calibration, so with 1-point calibration done by the customer they can achieve accuracy of +/-0.25 C around 36-41C.
