We've got two cc1200 module. So that I set one of them receiver one of them transmitter. I am sending signal with the packet TX. I measure signalwith the packet RX dBm of signal . But it's always the exact number dBm. The signal will be better for me floating.

See 6.9 in www.ti.com/.../swru346b.pdf. The RSSI signal has a resolution equal to 0.0625 dBm but the accuracy is +/- 3 dB so you don't gain anything by reading the LSB bits.
