Hello,

I know that FCC use CC1120+CC1190 and ETSI use CC1125 for Sigfox.

CC1310 dosen't support narrowband and the Sigfox use ultra narrow band.

So, I understood CC1310 can't be used Sigfox system.

Can we use CC1310 for Sigfox(FCC and ETSI)?

Chanho,

We have shown that CC1310 can transmit a SIGFOX compliant TX message, but it cannot become compliant with SIGFOX RX. Therefore the CC1310 will be targeted for SIGFOX TX only systems. We are targeting a Q3-2016 release.

We will not change the device, there is not need. We have developed a SIGFOX modulation using the RF subsystems built into the CC1310. We are working on an SDK that enables this and we will release it in the same manor as we support SIGFOX for MSP430+CC1120/CC1125.

As I know, this is HW limitation and it is not possible to do it on Cc1310.

YK is correct, the CC1310 is unfortunately not able to perform Sigfox RX. The limitation is on the HW side and cannot be fixed with a patch or any other "tricks" we might have. The most narrow band RX the CC1310 can perform is 44KHz and Sigfox requires approximately 5kHz to pass in RX mode.
