The debug interface is locked

Hi,

I’m having trouble with enabling debug interface with “Forced Mass Erase” function that provides SmratRF Flash Programmer 2.

I’m using CC13xxEM-7XD board on a SmratRF06 Evaluation Board (XDS100v3 debug probe).

Status when using Forced Mass Erase:

>Initiate access to target: XDS-06EB122F1227A.
>Failed to read target memory.
>Error while reading memory range. Address 0x40091090. 
>Start flash erase ...
>Erase finished successfully.
>Reset target ...
>Reset of target successfull.
 

Status when uploading a program in to flash:

>Initiate access to target: XDS-06EB122F1227A.
>Failed to read target memory.
>Error while reading memory range. Address 0x40091090.
>Debug interface is locked. Aborting action. Only forced mass erase is possible. 
>Reset target ...
>Reset of target successfull.
 

Is it maybe the flash that is broken?

I also tried the Forced Mass Erase and programming the flash on another same board set and it works. So I assume there is some hardware issues.
