CC1310 flash erase time

Hi,

The CC1310 datasheet mentions the flash erase time as 8ms(which seems to be long) and it also mentions that it
increases over time and erase cycle, what could be the maximum flash erase time in
this case(over time and erase cycle)?

    The flash erase time quoted in the datasheet is correct. The erase time will increase with number of cycles you put on the flash. The erase time will remain relatively unchanged until 100k cycles but then as you increase above the 100k mark it will increase. I cannot provide you with exact numbers because we have not characterized it. But we do believe at above 100k cycles the erase times will become too slow.
