CC1350STK: Dead after factory restore?

I have just purchased above from you for demonstration purpose (I'm in technical sales). The unit worked fine, and was connected to Cloud with no problems. But just playing around with the nice rubber surface, I non-intended seems to have pushed the buttons so it most likely have tried to restore to factory settings?! Consequently the device seems dead. No way I can figure out how to bring life to the device again (by pushing the buttons in various combinations/timing). Any chance you can help me? I have no development kit, since it was just purchased for the purpose of demonstrating IoT in a simple way. Thanks in advance for your great help! The device was ordered to my private address sales order no 170762359 in Europe

Did you hit the power button? Have you tried to push this again? Have you tried to take out the battery and re-insert?

Yes - played with both buttons individual and together. Nothing seems to work. Also tried to move battery and leave it out for the night. Didn't work either :-(

Do you have a launchpad enabling you to reflash the SDK?

No don't think so. Just bought the small SensorTag for USD29. If a launchpad is an extra peace of HW, I for sure don't have it.

It might be out of battery. Do you try to replace a new battery to see if it works again?

Its actual correct that the battery was low (measures 2,7V vs. >3V for a new one). A bit strange though - it showed 88% last time it was on. Does a factory restore drain the battery? Or any other chance I have done an even worse combination of button impact? I changed the battery with a new one, but without any change. Did also wait half an hour to allow reboot if required. I recall from the working condition of the device, that it was not possible to light the green led with the APP on my smart phone. Maybe indicates there can have been some small HW issue? All other functions seemed to work properly.

It's not possible to set the STK in factory restore by pushing buttons. Not sure what has happened with yours.

If you look at the online description of CC1350STK, it says that pushing both buttons for minimum 6 seconds will restore factory settings. That's why I guess this happened to me. But I'm not sure. I can read that the buttons have other functionality on the other STK models.
Are we at a dead end now?

Factory settings in this case is a BLE image I believe but if you actually have pushed buttons randomly it could be that you have interrupted a download etc. If something has happened with the flash image you need to re-flash. Could you check if someone in your organization has a CC13xx/ CC26xx launchpad or something similar with a XDS100V3, XDS110 or XDS200 on?

Sorry to say - but I'm not in a development department, but a local sales entity, why we do not have such equipment nor skilled engineers. So that's no chance we have a 'launchpad' in our company (at least I don't know were to search for it).
