Hello.

I had an issue with custom CC1310 based module. (Design was verified log time ago and had a lot of devices working, in fact I use another custom module for continue our work.)

Debuging CCS suddenly hanged, and then when I try to program, mass erase or perform any operation with CC1310 always pop up a message:

Error connecting to the target:
(Error -241 @ 0x0)
A router subpath could not be accessed.
A security error has probably occurred.
Make sure your device is unlocked.
(Emulation package 6.0.628.3)

Cannot perform mass erase with Uniflash or CCS.

When I try to perform an mass erase through FlashProgrammer 2 (v1.7.5):

">Error while reading memory range. Address 0x40091090."

I tried to apply several solutions that I read in foum, under CCS environment, FlashProgrammer and Uniflash, but nothing works. Is there a solution to unlock debug configuration?

In this case, have you write protected the last page in flash to prevent you overwriting the CCFG section?

Hi TER,

Thanks for your reply. Do you mean the checkbox (under CCS, debug configuraions-> flash settings): "Keep CCFG Flag..."?

Was disabled when I programmed.

Typically the error of this type is caused by overwriting the CCFG section of flash. The question then is what you have differently with this board compared to those you manage to use without any issues?

Hi TER,

Thanks for your reply. We did nothing different, the only issue was that debugger hanged while were debugging under CCS, suddenly stopped, and after that was impossible to program it again...

Is there a possiblility to revive this chip?

Sorry, I was not able to test that solution because don't have broken device anymore, just will close post, thanks so much for your reply. I'll share the result of this solution if someday it happends again and can try this solution :).
