  • Hi,

All testing is done on Windows7 but members have been working on Windows 8.x as well.

Usually, it is around installation (driver signatures, etc) that it fails but not during regular work.

I'll loop in other experts to get some more valuable logs.

  • Hi,

I'd like to confirm that the installation was ok. Could you please zip up the contents of the install_logs folder in the install directory and post them here?

    Thanks

    Danish

  • Hi Danish,

    Thank yo for your response.

I attached that file to this post.

If you have any question, please let me know.

    Best regards.

  • Hi Kaka,

It looks like your installation did not complete correctly. There seems to be a lot of non-ascii characters in the log file. Is it possible that your language is set to something other than English? If so, could you set it to English, delete the contents of c:\ti\uninflash_3.2 and try again? By the way, Uniflash 3.3 has been released.

    Danish

  • Hi Danish,

    Thank you for response.
Now my customer used the Uniflash ver3.3. And it run on windows8.1 PC.

They checked whether the launchPad recognized by PC. As a result, it recognized.
However, CC3200 LaunchPad could not connect even though they set the correctly settings.
    And showed the following message.

  • Hi Kaka,

It seems Uniflash cannot connect to the target device.

Can you please follow the online troubleshooting and let me know the result?

  • Hi,

Did the above post answer your query? please verify the answer.

  • Hi Shlomi,

    Thank you for your support.
We could not resolve this issue even though my customer followed that URL in your previous post.
So, we encouraged them to use the Windows 7.

    Best regards.
    Kaka
  • Kaka,

OK then. If the customer still insist on Windows8 please open a new thread and link to this one.
