CCS/CC3200: AWS iot sdk project to import on CCS

Hi,

I am trying to connect to AWS using mqtt on cc3200. I tried to go through the instructions given by Mr Steven Connel in the following thread

e2e.ti.com/.../1894114

Now the problem is that the AWS sdk downloaded from git is not showing any project while importing in ccs. I have tried importing the "aws-iot-device-sdk-embedded-C-master" and also the "iotdev-aws-iot-device-sdk-embedded-c", both times no project is showing. I am however able to import that AWS project attached in Steven's reply but it is not showing any file inside. Can anyone please tell me from where i can download the AWS sdk and how to successfully import the project into ccs? I am using the ccs on windows 10 pc.

Hi Sourajit,

The AWS project was meant to be built using gcc tools and not with CCS (thus it doesn't include the project file).
Instructions for build (and for debugging using CCS) can be found in the Readme file in the SDK's root directory.

You are welcome to use Steven's project file as it seems to provide good solution for CCS. Note that there are couple of comments that were raised in the responses - make sure you are following them.

Hi Kobi,

I am using CCS on windows 10 and the instructions for build and debugging in the readme.md file is specific for linux. Is there any instruction for building it on windows?
