Would you please teach me the TCP Retransmission time(RTO) when FreeRTOS run on CC3220?

Also if we could adjust it, please teach me the method to do.

Hi Kaka,

As I know TCP Retransmission timeout is not configurable by API in case of CC3220 or CC3200. I am not sure if RTO is hard-coded to fixed value of is dynamically calculated in NWP.

RTO is a one of parameters of TCP connection which is handled by NWP (TCP/IP stack is in NWP). From this reason is independent to used OS.

I am not sure what type of comment do you expect. Do you need to know to what value is RTO hard-coded at NWP?

Hi Kaka,

Thanks for your patience. The TCP retransmission timeout is 400 ms and the max retries count is 25. We'll get this added to the documentation.
