hi,

I am trying to Program an External Target Device via SmartRF06EB.

I followed this documentation "swru321a SmartRF06EB User Guide.pdf" , Chapter 7 : Debugging an external target using SmartRF06EB.

My External target device is  CC2630 5X5 RHB package and i'm trying to run the sample Switch Z-stack Application.

My Win7 detects the USB XDS Emulator and also the Target Device CC2630 is Detected.

But when I flash the device it throws the below error :

Sat Jan 21, 2017 18:58:18: Fatal error: Failed to connect to the XDS emulator (connect ICEPick)... (Error -233 @ 0x0) The JTAG IR and DR scan-paths cannot circulate bits, they may be broken. An attempt to scan the JTAG scan-path has failed. The target's JTAG scan-path appears to be broken with a stuck-at-ones or stuck-at-zero fault. (Emulation package 6.0.228.0) Session aborted!
