Hi,

I'm using z-stack 1.2.2 home automation, sample light sample switch. I would like to send data without binding. I can send data using short address 0x0000 of coordinator and the packet I can see on sniffer.

How to receive this ota packet on coordinator side without binding?

Do you mean that you use SampleSwitch as coordinator and want to receive message sent from a device? If so, what message do you send from device?

I want to send light status report when it changes state like on/off, the light will send to coordinator address 0x0000 it's state, sample light router can send data to coordinator address I can see on sniffer but how to receive this data on sample switch coordinator??

Do you use correct endpoint to send ON/OFF status to coordinator?

Yes I used 8 as endpoint.

I suggest you to set a breakpoint on zcl_ProcessMessageMSG(...) in zcl_event_loop() of coordinator to see if the breakpoint hits when ON/OFF status is sent.

I set breakpoint it didn't hit,

Here is photo from sniffer shows packet as (match descriptor request malformed packet)

It looks that you don't send a message according to ZCL spec.

Yes, if I send message from AF_data request can I still receive it on coordinator?
How to send this message according to zcl spec?
Remember I am not using any binding I specify address in my message.

If you use AF_DataRequest and follow ZCL spec, it can be received by coordinator. If you intend to send ON/OFF status, you can use SendReportCmd and the following codes to send it.

rptcmd.numAttr = 1;

rptcmd.attrList[0].attrID = ATTRID_ON_OFF;

rptcmd.attrList[0].dataType = ZCL_DATATYPE_BOOLEAN;

rptcmd.attrList[0].attrData = (uint8*)&zclSampleLight_OnOff; //On/Off status

zcl_SendReportCmd(srcEP, dstAddr, ZCL_CLUSTER_ID_GEN_ON_OFF, &rptcmd, ZCL_FRAME_CLIENT_SERVER_DIR, false, 0 );

P.S. srcEP is the source endpoint and dstAddr is destination address data in afAddrType_t structure format.
