CC2650: Is the I2C bus is in pull up or pull down when the MCU is in sleep??

What is the state of I2C bus when the CC2650 processor is in sleep or power saving mode???? is it is in a pull up or pull down state??

If you enable I2C pins, it's recommended to use external pull-up resistors on those pins.

is there any internal pull up?? when using i2c and is this is turned on when the device is in sleep??

If I remember correctly, it would be internal pull up.

If you use external pull-up resistor, it shouldn't lose current.

You can refer to CC2650STK schematic and there is no current leakage on CC2650STK as I know.

Pin states are retained during sleep mode and by having external pull-ups you will not be draining any additional current. This is the recommended setup for I2C operation.
