CC-DEVPACK-DEBUG: Need to post to receive replacement for defective HW

Part Number: CC-DEVPACK-DEBUG

My devpack doesn't get powered or recognized from USB. Tried multiple computers and have another one that works fine.

This is surely a hardware issue but TI store requires posting before a replacement can be sent.

If you have another one works fine and only this specific one doesn't work, I think this CC-DEVPACK-DEBUGGER is broken.

Hi Franck,

I agree with YK but for argument's sake can you please post a screenshot of the PC device manager along with board images (both working and non-working)? Are both of these brand-new out-of-the-box, and if so then can you provide the box markings?

With all due respect Ryan, I have ordered 6 SimpleLinks and their debuggers for my students. Most businesses would replace immediately. These messages add nothing to the group and I have other things to do.
I will place a new order and dump the broken unit.
