When any router send route request-

In what cases it will not get route response and what will be the effect on further communication?

If the destination is not reachable, you won’t get response.

In my case , my znp is not sending route response even if it is reachable.

If it is reachable, why does source node need to do route request?

You can in graphic view all devices are reachable to each others,
This why i want to understand -" why does source node need to do route request?"

In your sniffer log, coordinator isn’t in link status neighbors list (Packet #244) right before route request (Packet number #248). This is the reason why your router sends route request.

I am using cc2538-cc2592emk as router and znp and All routers(4) and znp are within 10 meter distance , all devices should be reachable to to others.

If you set ROUTE_EXPIRY_TIME=0 to test again, do you still see this issue?
