As title, does SampleLight/SampleSwitch in Z-Stack 3.0.1 support TouchLink commissioning?

Hi YK,

Yes, using the ZR Light (Touchlink target) and ZR Switch (Touchlink initiator) projects enable the Touchlink feature of Zigbee 3.0. These sample applications already have support for Touchlink after enabling of the proper compile flags. Refer to Section 12.8 of the Z-Stack 3.10 User's Guide for more information (12.8 Touchlink Commissioning).

I had read Z-Stack Developer’s Guide for more information (15.8 Touchlink Commissioning) but I cannot find and UI on LCD/KEY when I test SampleLight/SampleSwitch on CC2530DK. Can you elaborate how I can start Touchlink Commissioning on my CC2530DK?

Hi YK,

You will need to add the INTER_PAN and BDB_TL_TARGET/BDB_TL_INITIATOR precompile flags, however this build will exceed the available flash on CC2530 devices and you may have to disable the UI through the following optimization steps: processors.wiki.ti.com/.../Optimizing_Flash_and_RAM_Usage_of_Z-Stack_for_CC2530

Perhaps you can further evaluate this feature on the CC2538 or CC2652R.
