- The maximum input voltage is 2.5V,frequency is 100KHz, the maximum output voltage △Vpp=1.83V,supply voltage is +5V ,single source，the voltage gain k is 18.7k/25.5k;
- The SR of LMC6482 is 1.3V/us，is it enough? How to select a suitable SR?
You are referring to the full power bandwidth (FPB) of the op amp.
Since the voltage amplitude is 0.915Vpk, SR = 1.3V/usec --> the FPB is calculated to be 1.3V/usec = 2*pi*f*0.915, where max. f is 226kHz. It seems to be ok.

The GBW is 1.5MHz, is it enough? How to select a suitable GBW?
The gain is 0.733 V/V, and it will operate 100kHz based on the figures you provided. If you are not sure, you can always simulate it. I believe that circuit may look like the following. Since the gain <1, the circuit must have an inverting op amp configuration. What is the application?
BTW, where did you get 1.3V/usec in SR? The datasheet is shown the SR below.

This is FPB plot and test configuration is presented on the plot. It uses 15V supply rail. You are operating 5Vdc rail, which is the minimum of the part. I am not sure that this is the one for your application. If you have other questions, please let me know.
