Hi,

I've just identified the TRF1108 amplifier that could be suitable for our application (pulse generator from a DAC within a Xilinx RFSoC).

Indeed, its differential input and single output are a key point for us.

However, I've seen that this reference is not yet in production and so it's a brand new product.

Therefore, please find my questions below :

* datasheet does not give graphical curves showing gain and OIP1 over frequency. => Would it be possible to have this data anyway ?

* is there a TRF1108EVM available ? If so, could you please send me the price for it (quantity = 1) ?

* For our application, we don't need so much quantity (4 at very short time and roughly 16 at beginning 2025 year). => What could be the price for it ?

Section 5.5, Electrical Characteristics, of the datasheet (TRF1108 data sheet, product information and support | TI.com) lists OP1dB and OIP3 across frequency. Does this suffice? Gain across frequency can be obtained by simulating preliminary s-parameters. I will share preliminary s-parameters with you via direct email. We plan to have it in the product folder soon.

The product page (TRF1108 data sheet, product information and support | TI.com) lists TRF1108EVM under design and development tab. You can login and view the current pricing and directly place an order.

The pricing information should be displayed on the product page for your required number, in the ordering information. I see that it is currently not being displayed. We are working on fixing it and will update you as soon as it is fixed.
