Hallo,i'm using the ADS1675. I will adapt the Input Stage.

I want to know the Input Impedance of +/-AN and the Thermal drift.

Maybe you can send me an Schematic of the Input Stage.

Hello Alexander,

Welcome to the TI E2E community!

The input of the ADS1675 is a switched capacitor, and the input impedance will vary with input CLK frequency.

The impedance can be calculated by:

Z = 1/fCIN, where CIN= 12.5pF (switched capacitor value) and f = fmod = fCLK (input clock to the ADC)

We do not have any thermal drift data for input impedance. The best estimate based on similar devices is 40ppm/C.
