According to SN74LVC573APW datasheet, my customer has a concern about the temperature.
Operating free-air temperature: –40 to 85 °C
Op Temp: -40 to 125 °C
Is it a missing or Operating free-air temperature different from Op Temp?

To be clear - "Op Temp (°C)" in the package option addendum table is short for "Operating Free-Air Temperature" -- these two are referring to the same thing, which is the ambient air temperature around the device during operation.
According to SN74LVC573APW datasheet, my customer has a concern about the temperature.
This device is rated for operation from -40C to +125C, which was changed from -40C to 85C in May 2014. The datasheet needs to be updated to contain the correct specifications. I will put this in our errata list to fix as a priority - although it will still take at least several months to complete. I have posted the updated specifications that will be included in the new version of the datasheet below:
