Hello support team,

My customer need SN74AHC138 PSPICE simulation, but, this is not available on TI.com. Can we prepare it?

If not, they found that HSPICE model on TI.com, do you have any way to convert HSPICE to PSPICE model for PSPICE for TI?

Or if other product model can be used instead of SN74AHC138, please send.

Hello Ikeda-san,

Can you tell me what the customer is trying to simulate? Are they looking for some specific performance specification, signal integrity, or just the functionality of the device?

No, HSpice models cannot be converted to PSpice models.

Hello Ikeda-san,

I put together a model that the customer should be able to use. This model appears to work correctly from my limited tests, but if the customer sees any issues, please have them report through E2E.
