SN74HC139: How much is SN74HC139NSR ESD (MM, HBM, CDM) performance?

Part Number: SN74HC139

Hello guys,

One of my customers has the following questions about SN74HC139NSR and other logic ICs. Could you please give me your reply?

Q1. How much is SN74HC139NSR ESD (MM, HBM, CDM) performance?
Q2. When I want to check ESD performance about other logics, do I need to ask it on E2E for each device? Is their any URL which I can check logic device ESD performance?

    HBM: +/- 3 kV

    CDM: +/- 200 V

    We do not have MM ESD for this part.

    We are in the process of adding this to all of our datasheets, however, this is a slow process for the many parts we have. For now, if the ESD is not in the datasheet, unfortunately you will have to ask us.
