In our customize board We have introduce 100 ohm RC Pi filter between LCD Touch lines(Touch0.Touch1,Touch_AN0,Touch_AN1) and controller to protect from ESD .
After touching on LCD we are getting differnt co-ordinates of touch where as same code dumped in to the TM4C129X development board it working fine( We are getting the co-ordinate which we are expected after touch)

I will suggest you contact the LDC display vendor on the recommendation for what filters are allowed to work with the 4 touch signals. As you stated, the same code works well with the development board. Therefore, it is not a software issue. When you apply some filters in between, it is possible that it alters the voltage divider measured by ADC. I have no knowledge on how the 4-wire resistive touch controllers work. Below is just some article I find that may be of some help in understanding.

We will try with calibrate project as mentioned above. But I do not understood What you are talking about touch IC controller because the touch panel is directly connected with TM4C129X pins.Please refer our earlier reply.
