Why are pins 60 to 63 of TM4C1294NCPDTT3 on page 12 of the MMWAVEICBOOST schematic pulled up and pulled down with resistors?
I would like to know the pin settings.

While the source of XDS110 firmware which runs in the TM4C1294NCPDT isn't publicly available, from threads such as TMDSEMU110-U: GPIO control for embedded XDS110 - prerequisites believe that the XDS110 firmware samples the value on PK4..PK7 to identify the type of XDS110 hardware, e.g. embedded on a launchpad or a standalone TMDSEMU110-U.
