The pin out is same for both the controller.

The difference between them is

SEP (Space EP)- It is designed for Aerospace applications, which will have high temperatures ranges and these packages have high radiation tolerance.

QQ1- It is designed for automotive applications. Which will operate in low temperature ratings compared to the SEP versions.
