loadti via jtag seem to fail while AM243x is trying/waiting to boot from UART with flashing "CCC"

    The DSS Generic Loader (loadti) is a DSS (Debug Server Scripting) JavaScript example that functions as a command-line loader which can load/run an executable .out file on TI targets.

    The target device needs to be in a initialized state to load/run an executable. The UART boot mode is mainly used for flashing the SBL binaries for SOC initialization and can't be used for loading examples.
