TMS320F2812: Are EMU0, EMU1 used by xds110 when programming flash on TMS320F2812?

Part Number: TMS320F2812
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMDSEMU110-U, , UNIFLASH

I will be using UniFlash to create a standalone .bat file that will program a TMS320F2812 using a TMDSEMU110-U (xds110) JTAG adapter.

In our case we have to test any hardware pin used for stuck hi/stuck low.  The JTAG connector on the TMS320F2812 target board is a standard TI 14 pin that has EMU0 and EMU1.  I need to know if EMU0/1 are used during the flash operation.  If they are not used for the flash process it will make the design much easier as we won't have to test them.
