I am starting with this TMS320F28027F launchpad module, In CCS I am able to build an out file. But beyond that every time I debug it there is two types of error which keeps on popping up. I am attaching the Screenshots of thee same. please Kindly help solve this issue. Also I tried changing some parameters in target configuration to Test connection but again some error keeps popping up.

The last screenshot is the key one. It shows that the low-level JTAG connection is poor. This is usually due to some hardware issue.
Note that you selected XDS100v1 in your target configuration. I believe your launchpad is XDS100v2. However I don't think that is your problem.
Please open Windows Device Manager and see if you have the below XDS100 entries for your launchpad
