TMS320F28388D: Question about Memory-map description in linker command file.

Hi, 

I have some questions about memory map description.

The MCU has two memory maps : program, and data. 

C2000 academy recommends the MEMORY description must describe each of these separately as below. 

However, Linker command files provided by C2000WARE have no description.

Is this description unnecessary for a new devices (C2000 Gen3 Devices)
