Hello, Processor datasheet SM320F28335 - It appears the DSP should be powered by 1.8 V instead of 1.9 V when used for high temperature and the operating frequency should also be 100 Mhz. See Figure 3.1and 6.4 of the datasheet. Although the Recommended Operation Conditions on page 112 does not show this
Question 2 : What is the the voltage tolerance when operating at 1.8 V instead of 1.9 V.

Core voltage can be 1.8v if you are only operating the device at 100 MHz. It must be 1.9v if you are operating the device at 150 MHz. IOW, the operating frequency of the device determines the core voltage. I don’t undersand what you are saying about Fig 6-4.

SPRS682 has not been updated since January 2014. For package and thermal information, you should only refer to SPRS682. However, for other information, you can refer to SPRS439, which has gone through four revisions since then.
