How many channels of ePWM can the 280039c100-pin PZ output in total? If a CLB title can expand two ePWMs, can this chip with 4 titles output 24 channels ePWM in total (16+2*4)?

    The F28003x device has 16 ePWM channels per the datasheet.

    Hi Anka,

    The number of PWMs that can be generated by the CLB depends on the complexity of the PWM. If you have a relatively simple PWM, you could theoretically get 3 (or possibly even 4) PWMs per CLB tile. If you have quite a complex PWM output, you may even be limited to 1 PWM per CLB tile. On F28003x, you can have up to 16 CLB outputs to GPIO pins so you are not limited in that aspect.

    So depending on the complexity, the total number of PWM outputs could range between 20 PWMs all the way up to 32 outputs
