TMS320F2808: Is H0 SARAM in High 64K user space?

May I have question about F2808 RAM space?

I think F2808 have H0 SARAM space in Higk 64K (0x3F A000 to 0x3F C000).

Is this memory user programable space?

Is there anything to attention for use this space?

(such as OTP zone, part of device does not have,...)

Yes, you can use this memory.

I think the only difference between H0 and L0,L1 is that H0 has no security.
