You will need to discuss any requirements with your PCBA manufacturer.

By design, some products have lead content for enhanced reliability (see Lead-free (Pb-free) | Environmental information | TI.com).  I think your only course of action is to discuss with your CM whether there is any exception for non-REACH/non-ROHS devices for example if they are under a certain threshold.
