Can the ADC sample rate reach 2 Msps?
I have used acquisition window size of 15.
But I see less number of samples when I use ADC at a sample rate of 800ksamples/sec.
I am trying to sample 50kHz sine wave.
I find discrepancy in my results when I go beyond 800ksamples/sec.
What is maximum sample time that I can use to sample ADC?

Yes, that is possible.
I find discrepancy in my results when I go beyond 800ksamples/sec.
As you increase sampling frequency, you will increase current drawn by the ADC pin. https://www.ti.com/lit/spract6
